Factor4Solutions GmbH, founded in 2023 by three engineers with over 20 years of experience in refrigeration plant construction and system management, builds on deep industry expertise. In 2021, their outstanding research was recognized by the International Energy Agency (IEA). Drawing from this background, the team developed an AI-powered control solution for cooling and heating systems that serves as an “in-between” software layer, seamlessly connecting existing control technologies and system components. Our solution, the System Manager (SyMa), integrates easily via standard IT protocols and operates independently of manufacturers, enhancing existing systems in a modular way without requiring costly retrofits. The System Manager delivers up to 40% energy savings — and even up to 75% in some pilot cases — achieving a return on investment within 6 to 18 months. Thanks to its open interfaces and modular structure, it can be flexibly retrofitted or incorporated into new installations. VIRAS develops AI-supported automation software for industrial robot arms. Using state-of-the-art image processing, the aim is to create a spatial understanding to enable robots to flexibly handle objects of different shapes, positions and orientations. MOXZ GmbH is a deep-tech startup for wireless communication. Its core technology is the novel waveform MOCZ (Modulation on Conjugate-reciprocal Zeros), which enables blind wireless communication without the need to learn the transmission channel. Moreover, MOCZ is an ICAS (Integrated Communication and Sensing) waveform by design, offering efficient wireless communication with excellent radar properties. This means that MOCZ enables simultaneous communication and sensing/radar in the same band on a single wireless chip. The MOCZ technology is therefore an excellent candidate for new wireless communication systems and standards, such as 5G and in future 6G.

Wir haben 10 Einzelstücke von Hand geschweißt und veredelt. Die Tragfläche® kann 40 kg tragen und bietet Platz für 4 Tragetaschen mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 140 l - doppelt so viel wie ein normaler Gepäckträger . So können Sie 6 Taschen mit einem Fahrrad mit Front- und Heckgepäckträger transportieren. Zukünftige Projekte sind eine faltbare Gepäcktasche, ein Montagesystem und viele weitere Innovationen

Fehlende Details erschweren die Durchführung von Reparaturen und Modernisierungen. InProp erfasst Objektdaten und erstellt eine digitale Immobilienakte. Sie ist primär für Neubauten und neuere Bestandsgebäude bis zu 10 Jahren konzipiert. Durch die Verknüpfung von Planungsdaten und Ist-Daten wird eine präzise Dokumentation der verwendeten Materialien und Ausführungspläne geschaffen. Dies erleichtert die Feststellung, Planung und Durchführung von baulichen Maßnahmen, vereinfacht die Energieausweiserstellung und Gebäudeverwaltung, optimiert Reparaturprozesse und verbessert die Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten durch präzisere Gebäudedaten. Auch für Bestandsgebäude, die schlecht dokumentiert wurden und über wenig Informationen aus der Bauphase verfügen, werden Lösungen wie nachträgliche Vermessung und Partnerschaften mit Vermessungslösungen angeboten. Auch die manuelle Erfassung von den wenigen, zur Verfügung stehenden Gebäudedaten, wird ermöglicht.
