In 2021, their outstanding research was recognized by the International Energy Agency (IEA). Drawing from this background, the team developed an AI-powered control solution for cooling and heating systems that serves as an “in-between” software layer, seamlessly connecting existing control technologies and system components.
Our solution, the System Manager (SyMa), integrates easily via standard IT protocols and operates independently of manufacturers, enhancing existing systems in a modular way without requiring costly retrofits.
The System Manager delivers up to 40% energy savings — and even up to 75% in some pilot cases — achieving a return on investment within 6 to 18 months. Thanks to its open interfaces and modular structure, it can be flexibly retrofitted or incorporated into new installations.
