Who I am ( LINK ) I'm Gianni, founder of Colchix. Background in enterprise sales — Salesforce EMEA, Deliveroo, Alibaba. 6 years closing C-suite deals across EMEA. I left my last role to build this full-time.

Every query is a potential GDPR violation — and under the AI Act, companies are liable as deployers, not just processors.

The product ( LINK ) Colchix is an AI governance gateway — a network proxy that intercepts every LLM query before it leaves the EU perimeter. PII tokenized in real-time. Every interaction logged on EU-sovereign infrastructure. Audit evidence generated automatically for GDPR, AI Act, and NIS2. Zero disruption to employee workflow. Trusted AI for a Sovereign Europe.

TAM €4B+ in EU regulated enterprise. 27M+ businesses in scope across GDPR jurisdiction. Shadow AI is a mandatory compliance problem — not a nice-to-have.

Where we are Active validation across pharma, finance, legal, insurance, and consulting — pan-European, conversations live in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and expanding. Pilot requests already coming in. Pre-seed raise in progress with angel and fund conversations underway.

What I'm looking for A co-founder. You own the full technical architecture and bring the MVP to market. I handle sales, GTM, and fundraising. 50/50 equity split. Your background is exactly what I'm looking for.

Validation underway across 5 countries with pilot interest confirmed. Active conversations with angels and pre-seed funds. Founder background: Salesforce EMEA, Deliveroo, Alibaba.

I am based in Dublin but open to relocate or working remotely with frequent co-founder meetings

About the Job

Europe is mandating AI governance. €4B+ TAM. GDPR, AI Act, NIS2 are forcing every enterprise to act. Build the infrastructure that makes it possible. 50/50. You own the tech, I own the market.

You'll be the first technical hire and co-founder. Own the full architecture from day one — proxy layer, tokenization engine, EU-sovereign logging infrastructure. Work directly with early design partners to shape the product. Pre-seed raise planned for Q3 2026. This is a 0-to-1 role with full technical ownership and a direct path to CTO of a funded company.
