Nearly a third of all fashion bought online gets returned, and almost half of those returns come down to one thing: not knowing how it would actually look or fit. How By letting customers see themselves wearing the garment, in their own size, before they buy. One photo, seconds, not a size chart or a guess. What Jora is an AI virtual try-on platform for fashion retailers. Customers preview any garment on their own body in real time, in-store on a kiosk or online through a store's website. Currently live with a working demo and early market validation. I'm searching for a co-founder in tech to apply for EXIST/BSS non-dilutive funding together. Most virtual try-on tools (FASHN, Genlook, Botika) target generic Western fashion e-commerce and are already crowded and well-funded. None address structured, draped, or culturally specific garments well, and none offer real fit-preview across sizes, only size recommendations. Jora solves both: stronger rendering on harder garments, and a size-preview feature that shows the actual look, not just a suggested size.

About the Job

As Technical Co-Founder, you own the model and infrastructure strategy from day one: evaluating and fine-tuning generation models, reducing, and building toward independence from third party API's

Model Strategy: Evaluate, fine-tune, and eventually train models specialized for garment rendering, moving beyond third-party API dependency. Inference Performance: Reduce generation latency for a smooth, real-time customer experience. Infrastructure: Design scalable architecture for image and video generation at volume. Privacy and Security: Build a system customers trust with their photos, privacy-first by architecture, GDPR compliant. Shopify and API Integration: Build the technical foundation for retail platform integrations.
