The project explores a new way of connecting and navigating knowledge across sustainability research. The first product prototype will focus on the longer-term goal of making complex sustainability knowledge easier to explore and use.

I'm looking for someone with strong experience in software development, Python, data science/data engineering, NLP/text mining, or related fields. Experience with network/graph technologies, databases or data visualization would be a strong plus.

I'm bringing a background in International and Development Economics, sustainability, climate finance, field research, project management and controlling, and I'm developing the concept, research framework and business side.

I'm looking for someone who wants to build the technology and the company as a co-founder, not simply work as a developer. The project is currently being developed toward a functional prototype and potential Berlin Startup Scholarship (BSS) application.

I have a background in International and Development Economics, with experience in field research, climate finance, project and event management, and controlling. My academic and professional experience combines economics, sustainability, research, and project coordination. I am currently developing MissionNet from the conceptual, research, and business side and am looking for a technical co-founder to complement my expertise. Information about the start-up project MissionNet is an early-stage sustainability-focused project aimed at improving interdisciplinary knowledge exchange. It explores ways to make complex sustainability-related information easier to navigate, connect, and communicate across disciplines and between research and practice. The project is currently at the concept stage, with the next steps focused on developing a prototype, further refining the methodology, and building the founding team
