Rather than selling isolated hardware, Hraes delivers an end-to-end operational solution targeting critical infrastructure sectors like bridges, railways, energy grids, and construction sites.

As a Co-Founder, you'll either lead core AI development for structural damage detection, or drive business strategy, operational growth, and investor relations to scale the company.

As Co-Founder and AI Lead, you will be the technical architect behind our core product, driving the strategy and development of advanced AI models. Your primary focus will be designing computer vision and time-series algorithms capable of detecting structural damage and tracking physical changes over time with high accuracy. You will build scalable data pipelines, manage the end-to-end Machine Learning Lifecycle (MLOps), and ensure our technical infrastructure is robust, secure, and production-ready. With further development of the product you will drive the future of the software setup, shape the company tech culture and be the voice of our AI solution when talking to customers and investors. As Co-Founder and Business Lead, you will own the commercial narrative, operational strategy, and capital-raising strategy to scale the company. You will take charge of building our go-to-market strategy, identifying target industries, and securing our first commercial clients and strategic partners. Your day-to-day focus will involve managing financial operations, structuring business models, and ensuring our team operates with maximum speed and alignment. You will also lead investor relations, crafting our pitch, leading fundraising rounds, and cultivating relationships with venture capital firms.
