As an Industrial Engineer at INNY, you will: - Translate real-world retail processes into digital workflows, models, and system logic - Support the development of our digital twin prototypes with process mapping, simulation parameters, and operational metrics - Shape key features for our MVP by defining KPIs, constraints, and improvement models - Collaborate with the founder and technical team to integrate engineering logic into the simulation engine - Help prepare materials for grants, funding, and early pilot customers This is an ideal role if you love solving complex operational problems and want to see your ideas turn into a real product.

His background brings scientific rigor to the development of INNY’s digital twin — allowing us to simulate real-world retail environments with accuracy and reliability.
