Co-Founder (Operations & Growth) - Mobility & Logistics Marketplace Agent

Envioo is a marketplace for intercity transportation of packages and people. The platform connects travelers, drivers and transport providers with users who need to send a package or book a trip.

The product is already built and has been tested with real operations in Argentina. I am now preparing to validate and adapt the model for the German market, starting with selected routes and local communities rather than launching nationwide.

I am looking for a co-founder based in Germany, ideally in Frankfurt or Berlin, who can take ownership of go-to-market, partnerships, customer acquisition and local operations.

This is an early-stage co-founder role. The goal is to validate the model together, acquire the first German users and transport partners, and decide based on real traction how aggressively we scale.

Details

Envioo turns unused transport capacity into an accessible marketplace. Travelers and transport providers can publish routes, while users can book package delivery or passenger transport directly through the platform. The model focuses on existing journeys and local routes, allowing same-day and intercity transportation without building a traditional logistics fleet.

The core platform is already operational. German localization, market-specific onboarding and initial route configuration can be completed within a few weeks. The main work is market validation and building the first local supply and demand network.

About the Job

Join Envioo as Co-Founder and lead our German market launch: growth, partnerships, customer acquisition and local operations for a mobility and logistics marketplace.

You will join at an early stage with real ownership over the German go-to-market. The core product already exists, so the focus is not on building from zero but on validating the market, acquiring the first users and transport partners, testing routes and developing a repeatable growth model. You will work directly with customers, drivers, transport companies and local partners. This is a hands-on role: talking to users, testing acquisition channels, building partnerships and improving operations based on what happens in the real world. Initially, we want to focus on a small number of routes in the Frankfurt / Rhine-Main area and prove that we can create recurring activity before expanding. I will focus mainly on product, technology and overall strategy. You would take the lead on growth, marketing, partnerships and marketplace operations. This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity. The exact structure will depend on commitment, experience and responsibilities.

This is a true co-founder role, not a traditional job. At this stage, the position is equity-only. Envioo already has a functional platform. The product has been tested with real operations in Argentina and is still being validated there. The next step is to test and adapt the model for Germany, starting with a small number of routes, building the first local user base and transport network, and proving repeatable demand before scaling. You would join early enough to shape the German go-to-market, operations and growth strategy with real ownership. The goal is simple: validate the model in Germany, reach initial traction, and then decide together how aggressively to scale, raise capital or expand to additional regions.
