INNY is building the next generation of AI-powered Digital Twins for real-world operations, enabling retailers, manufacturers, and complex organizations to mirror their environments digitally, optimize decisions, predict outcomes, and automate workflows.

We are at an early stage with a bold vision, strong momentum, and upcoming applications for major innovation grants (Berlin Startup Stipendium, AI Nation, EXIST).

To accelerate our journey, we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate who wants to build a startup from zero to one, directly at the side of the founders.



Who You Are

  • A business-driven generalist with entrepreneurial ambition

  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

  • Curious about AI, retail, marketplaces, and digital transformation

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving early-stage environments

What You’ll Do - Work side-by-side with the founder on strategy, operations, and execution - Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer discovery - Support grant applications, investor materials, and financial planning - Help shape our go-to-market strategy and build relationships with early retail partners - Turn insights into actionable business decisions and scalable frameworks - Drive internal processes and contribute to building the foundation of INNY as a company

Join INNY at an early stage and actively shape the future of digital twins in retail. - Work directly with the founder and gain insight into strategy, operations, product, and fundraising.- - Take real ownership with high autonomy and a steep learning curve. - Contribute to meaningful technology that empowers small and mid-sized retailers. - Grow with the company into roles like Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or potential future Co-Founder.

Laura: Founder | Retail Innovation & Process Engineering Laura is completing her PhD in process engineering with a focus on retail systems. She previously worked in retail innovation and technology scouting at EDEKA, giving her hands-on experience with the challenges retailers face when adopting new tools, improving operations, and navigating digital transformation. Salman: Co-Founder | Physics & Simulation Salman is a physicist with strong expertise in modeling complex systems, data analysis, and simulations. His background brings scientific rigor to the development of INNY’s digital twin — allowing us to simulate real-world retail environments with accuracy and reliability. Stefanie: Co-Founder | Mathematics & Data Science Stefanie is a PhD student in mathematics, specializing in problem-solving, optimization, and analytical modeling. She contributes to the design of INNY’s AI, prediction models, and decision intelligence, ensuring that our system generates meaningful, data-driven recommendations. Together… We combine: - retail domain expertise - scientific depth - mathematical and analytical precision - passion for helping real-world retailers thrive through better decision-making We are building INNY, the digital twin that enables retailers to simulate decisions before making them, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and unlocking smarter operations.
