We are looking for a CTO/Co-Founder who is up for building an AI platform from the ground up that prevents stoppages in civil and infrastructure construction. You ideally bring: - Experience in AI and software development, preferably with LLMs, agent systems, or data platforms - Skills in software architecture and cloud, with which you can build a first product yourself hands-on - Interest in geospatial data, GIS, or BIM (a plus, not a must) - Desire to build and lead your own tech team later We offer you: - True co-foundership with fair equity - 12+ years of practical experience in civil engineering, a standing Proof of Concept, and a pilot partner for 2027 - A problem that costs millions every day and has not been properly solved yet You don't need construction experience, I will bring that. I am Martin, 37, and have worked over 12 years in inner-city underground construction in Berlin, primarily for the Berlin Water Works and for many years in a leading position. During this time, I have repeatedly experienced how massive planning errors have led to construction stops, accidents, and enormous costs that could have been avoided. That is why I founded Berlin Techbau: an AI-supported platform that prevents construction stops in underground and infrastructure construction before they arise. It brings together property owners, construction companies, municipalities, transport companies, nature and monument conservation, and citizens early and digitally. Unknown and crossing lines are only a small part of the physical problems we solve. The Proof of Concept is ready. A research institute is evaluating the project, two construction companies are pilot partners, and large construction corporations have confirmed it. Plan 2027 we test first modules on 2–3 street sections. First investor talks and startup service talks are already running.

In Berlin, nails are made with heads, after which the goal is from city to city throughout Europe.

You build as a co-founder: the technical foundation of a platform that can change an entire industry. The vision: over 18 modules based on Super-Agents. We start with the groundwork, then the platform grows like a tower crane module by module, from bridge construction, tunnel construction, and motorways to high-rise construction. You are responsible for architecture, technology, and the setup of the first product for our pilots in 2027, and later you lead your own tech team. For this, you get real co-founder status with fair participation, a partner with deep practical knowledge and direct access to construction companies, research, and pilot projects, as well as a problem that costs millions every day. You don't need construction experience, I'll bring that.
